Clemenceau Medical Center Hospital in Dubai has announced the launch of telemedicine services that will be available over the phone and select video-conferencing platforms. The Hospital’s 24-hour call center will connect patients to consultant doctors in relevant medical, surgical and obstetrics specialties. The initiative is part of supporting nationwide efforts that are focused on physical distancing to reduce the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Commenting on this initiative, Dr. Rola Hammoud, Chief Medical Executive of Clemenceau Medical Center Dubai said: “As a vital pillar of society and the economy, the healthcare sector must be ever-ready with solutions to provide the highest standards of care in any circumstance. Through the new telemedicine service, we are supporting patients with the best care programs while encouraging them to stay home.”
Responding swiftly to the needs of patients, The Clemenceau Medical Center Hospital in Dubai has also launched additional facilities including home delivery, home health care and sample collection services for tests, on a need basis.

Equipped with cutting edge technology, Clemenceau Medical Center Hospital began providing its services in Dubai in March 2020 and has a capacity of 100 beds. It is part of the Clemenceau Medicine Hospital network, including the Clemenceau Medical Center in Beirut and Riyadh. The new hospital brings leading international medical expertise to Dubai, further enhancing the emirate's position as a leading medical destination in the region.
